Thank you for choosing Evsthetics by Evelyn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services provided by Evsthetics by Evelyn. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Our services are provided by Evsthetics by Evelyn and include a variety of hair removal, skin and facial treatments. We strive to provide a relaxing and professional experience for all our clients. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Appointments can be made through our online appointment booking system. A credit card is not required to hold your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Payments for our services are due at the time of service. A booking deposit fee of $20 is required to book an appointment. We accept mainly cash and or any other form of payment accepted by the provided.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our services. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Evsthetics by Evelyn is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of your use of our services. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. An intake and consent form must be filled out and signed before beginning any procedure.

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
