Booking Policy:
A $20 deposit is required through Zelle to secure appointment. If no deposit is received within 1 hour of booking appointment, it will be cancelled. Remaining balance in CASH ONLY.
Late Policy:
If you are running late to your appointment please let me know beforehand. You have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes there will be a fee of $10. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel at least 24 hours before appointment. There is no deposit refunds for cancelled appointment.
No Show Policy:
After 1st time no show there will be an additional $20 on top of overall price. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.
Extra Guest Policy:
Please, no extra guests at your appointment unless you contact me about it.
Makeup Policy:
Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash appointment. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival.
Lash Fill Policy:
NO FOREIGN FILLS
Must have 40% of lashes left, unless it will be considered a full set.
Dissatisfied Policy:
You have 48 hours to contact me to fix any service done that you are unhappy with free of charge.
